When do I have to RSVP by?
August 1st, 2026 is the deadline to RSVP
What happens if I do not RSVP by the deadline?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any late RSVP's and we will miss you at our celebration, as we have many moving parts to plan with our catering (both food and beverages), seating charts, DJ (lighting placement), etc. and we have worked very hard to plan an amazing night to celebrate our marriage with friends and family.
When should we arrive to the event?
Please do your best to arrive at or a little before 6pm (the event is 6-10pm) due to our planned timeline starting promptly. This will give you more than enough time to come inside, get a drink, visit the multiple tables of arranged food in the grazing area and find your seat on the seating chart / table layout.
What kind of food and drinks are planned?
Drinks - OPEN bar (yay!) with premium liquor package, beer, wine, and soft drinks that will be open for the duration of the event in both the cocktail area and main loft.
We have planned a custom food menu with multiple options to include -
"Cocktail Hour" initial grazing table area with a Pretzel Bar (bite size, full pretzels, hard pretzels, chocolate covered, etc.) with multiple dipping options.
Also during "Cocktail Hour" will be a full multi-table spread of Seasonal Fruit, Fresh Vegetables, Domestic Cheeses, Smoked Sausage, Dips, and Crackers.
Main Dining -
Garden Tossed Salad (Buffet), Dinner Rolls w/ butter, Carved and Smoked Beef Brisket (carved on site in front of you), Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast, Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Fresh Herbed Green Beans. Multiple dipping / glazing sauce options available for the Brisket and Chicken.
Are children allowed?
As mentioned on the home screen, in order to create the intimate and fun-filled atmosphere we desire, we have decided to have our event as an adults only (16+) event, we appreciate your understanding and sincerely hope you can still join us.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We have mailed or hand-delivered invitations for all those we would love to join us on our special day of celebration and included the "Plus One" or name of your significant other if we knew of one at the time we sent them and also wished for them to attend. If we have missed a "Plus One" on the invitation for you and a significant other (longer term relationship, spouse, etc.) then please let us know and we will evaluate our ability (catering / seating) and desire to accommodate.
Is there a Ceremony?
No, our private small wedding ceremony will have already taken place in Florida. This is our chance to share with and celebrate our wedding with all of those we love and care about that were not with us in Florida. This will have a few special moments we are going to recognize but will be mainly designed as a celebration full of love, fun, caring, good times, laughter and dancing!
Will there be picture opportunity with the Bride and Groom?
Yes, we have planned in dedicated time for each table to get pictures with the Bride and Groom so as to minimize the interruptions and distractions in the celebration events during the night.
Do I need to come find the Groom and Bride to say goodbye (reception)?
Absolutely not, IRISH EXITS are strongly recommended and encouraged by the Bride and Groom towards the end of the event. We are going to work hard to greet and spend time with every one of you that blesses us with your time and care by attending our event but will very much be understanding if we do not get the opportunity to do so, we only ask that you enjoy yourself to the fullest, eat, laugh, drink and have a great time while surrounded by friends and loved ones and know that your presence alone at our event means the world to us and we will love and care about you all just as much and more even if we do not get the chance to say goodbye to every one of you before the night concludes.
